TrackingPoint shows off the “Mile Maker,” a smart rifle with 1,800-yard range
Guessing they use an eMagin display as they only use Kopin LCDs in their Armalite Platforms, shoots a long way, if you had gotten within a mile of Che Guevara back there in Cuba you might have saved thousands of political prisoners from the Firing Squad. It's fun playing hypotheticals.

Palmer Luckey Interview @ CES 2015 - Discusses Crescent Bay and Future o...Yes VR needs 4k
And the Oracle says Oculus can't piggyback off advances in Cell Phone Displays, no reason for Cell Phone companies to develop displays with higher resolutions. In that case Mr. Luckey there is only one other way to go, microdisplays. BTW Luckey sounds defeated.

How to design the fighter cockpit of tomorrow
The most modern jets – such as the RAF’s Eurofighter Typhoon and the Lockheed F-35 Joint Strike Fighter that is yet to enter service – feature helmet-mounted displays, voice-activated controls and airliner-style control sticks. This is a big change from the cockpits cluttered with dials and buttons that fighter pilots flew in a few decades ago

Virtual Vietnam PTSD Exposure Therapy Prototype
There were 69,000 Iraq and Afghan Vets Treated for PTSD in the US last year. Remarkably there were 62,000 Vietnam Vets treated as well. 40 Years later these guys still struggle with their Service experience and the Mental scars it left. So Rizzo came up with Virtual Vietnam succeeding Virtual Iraq and Virtual Afghanistan.

Virtual and augmented reality look to sharpen the picture at CES
Not everyone is so excited by VR’s near-term prospects. Fred Wilson, a prominent venture capitalist and an early investor in Twitter and Tumblr, predicted in a blog post on Thursday that VR “will hit some headwinds” as Oculus and its rivals “underwhelm”.

Got oculus rift and played 1 hour straight. I feel like I'm going to throw up. Alcohol would not go good with it. Weed apparently helps.
— Arima Kishou #10195 (@Xmosphere) December 27, 2014
Uh, how about their helmets are well designed?
Just had another go on the #OculusRift. How do F-15C pilots not throw up all the time?
— Skels (@Skels) December 28, 2014
Oculus rift, I'm okay with you. Eventually...maybe when I don't feel motion sickness 👍😂
— Kass (@kasspilak) December 28, 2014
I hope everyone that thinks the oculus rift is cool gets a chance to know what it's like to get motion sick playing on final destination

Designing for "Content" of Stomachs
Oh my god. Talk about motion sickness. Bleughhhhhhh #OculusRift
— cbevil (@Cbevil) December 28, 2014
No Vets in the Oculus Wing of VR Design Just "Silicon Valley" Extras, Don't Know What "Designing for Content" Means but If That Means Designing for Immersion Then That Contention is Quite Wrong
@DecentLuck they didn't design for content & are missing the boat.
