Patent pictures hint at unobtrusive Google Glass design; No Neck Battery, no Sideburn
The latest reference in the Patent Application is work done by Ralph Osterhout on what sure looks like the X6 Glasses that now belong to Microsoft. His 3 year old patent cites an LCOS display as the optical engine. But like it says, that was 3 years ago. Paul Campbell's discursive answer on the benefit of a more efficient display with a smaller form factor sure would look like the drawings in Google's recently filed application for Glasses reboot. The plot thickens.
