Mary Lou Jepsen, formerly of Google X, takes job at Oculus

 Late of Google X, late of what was assumed a Stealth inside Google, now hired away by Oculus, the Facebook muckety-mucks must have felt they have to get serious about their science before too many other companies start pulling away. Their reputation is already in the dumpster so a "moonshot" was called for. This will invariably lead away from the current and failed team and current failed design. Carmack, Luckey  and Company will be the victims of this putsch.  They now have someone familiar with prior art and has intimate knowledge of  Google and their plans. No sense they want to compete in AR, this is all about VR. This makes the prospects of the Best Little Microdisplay Company in New York a lot more interesting as those giants try to beat each others brains out and seems will spare no expense in doing so. Gosh, maybe Carollo is at Google in her stead. This is getting downright Shakespearian.
