Not as big a turkey as it used to be...Gobble Gobble |
7) eMagin (EMAN) $1.30, 5%
Ugh. I've been in this PoS since like 2010, I think. Their cap is $60m. They're nearing a monopoly in military microdisplays. They're gaining share in medical. The consumer beast waits in the background. It's just gotta be a good risk/reward - and worth more than - $60m. They've really been hurt by the all too familiar mistake of thinking this BIG HUGE thing is 1-2 years away, but it's always 1-2 years away. The consumer preparations have been so costly. But the company feels, somehow, calmer today. The core business is back growing again. I think they know it'll keep growing, too. Margins are expanding. More attention is being paid to nuts and bolts. And the frantic search for consumer partners/attention has turned to what seem to be concrete plans. An important prototype is coming in 2Q19. And they've got a manufacturing partner that they're cooperating with. Feels like good risk/reward and timing.
