Just my opinion. I believe that eMagin, with it's 21+ Programs of Record, are hovering between Milestone A and Milestone B, we can figure where some are on the scale, don't really know the intricacies. The prospective DPA Grant will signal eMagin's ability and capacity to move programs into Milestone B with funding through the Programs duration. Start to Finish. Sorry about the Blue. For example Jeff indicated we're more than half-way thru the Green Box for the F-35 Helmet Upgrade. Working our way thru the Green Box trying to enter the Blue Box. Milestone B

Milestone B is a Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) led review at the end of the Technology Maturation & Risk Reduction (TD) Phase in the Defense Acquisition Process. Its purpose is to make a recommendation or seek approval to enter the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase.  Milestone B is considered the official start of a program.  A milestone marks the start/or finish of a phase and has defined Entrance and Exit Criteria.
