I don't think the Sacklers made $13 Billion giving stuff away. If Mort knows Apple is in pipeline what would be his motivation? If Microsoft had a minor palace revolt over IVAS, Apple employees and fanboys, those of delicate sensibilities i.e the vast majority would demands Cook's head.
