Can't see how the stand-off resolves unless they do an Elbit/Intel style selling the company to sector leaders. "It's complicated" sure would entail that sort of transaction.

That may be part of the issues with "provisions in certain of our organizational documents, commercial agreements and our military contracts that may prevent or delay an acquisition of, partnership with, or investment in, our Company and our ability to develop original equipment manufacturer and mass production partnerships; " sounds limited. It's my belief that the military and consumer will share the majority of the equipment so can they split the company?

If partners are concern about military aspects and military contracts/grants require some assurances who does that leave? Mort or some other arrangement.
My feeling is if they get the gov. funding Mort will do the other half financing. If no gov. funding perhaps a change in ownership.
