They are making samples, we, who experienced AMOLED growing pains, know that wishing they were easy to make doesn't make it so. That said, eMagin has their own Microled patents to wave around. Googleman said that Kopin provided the best optics in the world. Maybe so for a notification device, no overlay no world mapping, not bright enough to wear outdoors. Yes fine for simple symbology in a Pickin' situation or texts, instructions etc.
