AR/VR Headsets Return to Growth in the First Quarter As New Models and Use Cases Restore Momentum to the Market, According to IDC

Alright, the "Airing of Grievances". This is just me. Don't want to increase the frustration. Not possible at this point.. The bitterness is very real right now. I get it.

Grievance: At the CEO Forum, to the degree anyone is really able to understand "Sculley Speak", (trying here, probably without "success), he asked rhetorically "if anyone knew how big the market is for AR & VR?" When asked what does eMagin need at this point in time he said, words to the effect, "We need people to gauge the Market, engage the Market, help companies determine their needs and figure out inside eMagin what we need to do to accomplish what customers need, essentially create a Market. Example, "We have to stitch together silicon backplanes in order to make a large display with simpler optics for VR." That's the Patented Large Area Display that has Sculley's name on it, right? What was he doing on the Forum, casting for a partner? That has to be the "sponsoring" display. You'd think he would have a pretty solid idea by now how that is progressing. The impression he would convey previously on other Forums is that "If we built it they would come." At SID he seemed perplexed concerning Market Dynamics. When asked "What SID could do to help." Sculley said,"Let's talk about how the Market takes shape over the next few years. That's your job, that's what your paid to know. The wink, wink, nod, nod might work in a certain setting but it obviously doesn't translate to a broader constituency i.e. US.

Not a Grievance: Talking Pitfalls he did not mention manufacturing.
Everybody clapped eMagin's success, the "success" assuming the High Brightness Display they featured at SID. Shareholders remembering MW conversation with AS that he said he would stay until the "success". As they clapped the "success" Shareholders are going like...

Strangely, he did not feel the need to mention the "Military Market" or the prospect of Title III. That's good then they are assuming a positive response from the DP Administration. So the business they are after at SID is Enterprise & Consumer. That's shows desire for growth out the the "75% market". Good.  He just has this ability to talk out of both sides of his mouth. Two movies, same screen.
P.S.
The ASM and Proxy Materials presents another opportunity to be disappointed by a non-event. Can we do it? Si se puede? Yes we can! Just Body Language stuff, he was funny, relaxed and seemed confident, was the Alpha in the room FWIW.

Display Daily seems to have a clue on Market Momentum.Somebody send Sculley a Subscription.
