The $1m Licensing Agreement was early 2016 for a 2kx2k. The "Sponsoring" company's development money for the 4k started in late 2017-early 2018. Stuck on this, don't believe they are the same entity. Just me. As always with eMagin opaque or near opaque, yeah and I'm aware it's complicated.

What gives me pause is that the S1A was early 2018 dovetailing with the Development Money, just can't believe eMagin would be so obvious. Doh!
