How about a real simple way to think about the situation in which we find ourselves. First, consider the "core business." I know I sound like a broken record. If a way could be found to internalize what they do you might realize that what they make is essential to many, in critical situations, dangerous situations. It never comes up. I'm mystified. If they made any other kind of widget you would expect at some point somebody would mention, demonstrate knowledge of, discuss perhaps even in some detail what it is that this company does all day. Who are their customers? What do they do? Sectors served, prospects, strategies, associations. You could look at what people say going back for months, years, a decade, look at "messages" and not have any idea what they do. Homework. Make a list of 10 Programs eMagin is supplying or will supply. For each write a short description of their history, their purpose, eMagin's role in each device and their market.
