fighting a small 3rd party simultaneously any potential buyer would have to qualify in very strenuous ways in order to secure the Technology, Continuity and Results that the military seems to have entrusted eMagin with. As I type I begin to think that this responsibility could be too much for our squirrelly little company i.e. producing displays for 3% of the US Programs of Record + our Nato Allies, India, Korea, Japan, Taiwan et al.
 You just can't put it in the paper like selling a Ski Resort. I just have a feeling that there was some preparation for something like this eventuality. That said, very few would qualify for that charge.
Like it or not this is a critical time. No bumps, no confusion, no loss of progress made. The more I think about it the more it seems like a propitious time to do this. Kismet, maybe.
