Business Insider did a story on IVAS yesterday. It's behind a paywall so...Perhaps the Army is letting people know it's there, putting it's capabilities in front of the public. Yesterday's "all of them" article seemed to have that purpose tying IVAS to wider non-military purposes and companies.
