CC has revealed in the past that they were in "Stealth Mode" at least twice that I can remember. Once when he talked about their relation with Google. Understandable as Kopin's display is in Google Glass and the Enterprise Edition. He mentioned it again at an AWE talk he gave a few years ago. But then, at a succeeding AWE talk he said that they were out of "Stealth Mode" and beginning "The Harvest". Now they are in "Stealth Mode" again. I'm not exactly sure that's how "Stealth Mode" works. In the sense that you can turn it on and off like a light switch. He seems to drop "Stealth Mode" when he's optimistic and uses it as a shield when maybe things are not so rosy. So now when things seem to be in flux in terms of sensitive Tech Transfer to China with increased Oversight of FTT (Forced Tech Transfers) and when the new regime extends CFIUS authority on overseeing these investments it just seems a little too pat, like taking the Fifth, to say our development of these dual-use displays is off limits for questions.
