$EMAN A key problem here is that Emagin has run out of cash (and they burn a lot fast). They have no assets to sell (and a LOT of debt). The only thing they can do now is dilution (that's why they need to reverse split). Dilution may delay bankruptcy by 1-2 quarters. Target $0.
