The GAO and Congress lit a fire under Lockheed yesterday, Pratt-Whitney, they seem to be doing it right. Lockheed in fairness is building the software, supply chain which is more complicated than any engine. But the fight over IP was not solidly addressed. Lockheed is "doing everything they can" answer."
