Whole bunch of interested parties here re Modernization Strategy, Planning, Execution, Manufacturing Base, whole lot of other stakeholders including Chris Lehman the DPA Title III Director.
Not a question of if, a question of when. I'll sign on to that but I have zero faith in Congress in getting anything done.
