eMagin: Once Burned Twice Shy: Just a reminder. A Program of Record is a Line-Item in the Federal Budget. That means it is funded for the duration of the program. The line-item cannot be removed by veto, edict, Executive Action. Nothing at all. Emagin is in over 20. Many of those Programs go out further than others e.g. F-35. It's not going bankrupt, the PPS sucks but that's different story. Anybody remember the last time they issued a PR with $ signs? Me neither. Something new.
