Looks like the Confederacy of Dunces might have found compromise language to move the NDAA along. So out of Conference, Full House, Full Senate Votes, to POTUS for Review and hopefully a quick signature. The possibility of certain Congress Critters returning to their Districts over Xmas with zilch accomplished seems to have them focusing on something substantive. They still have time to screw things up.
