That includes "Soldiers and Movement" and their #1 priority is the Integrated Visual Augmentation System otherwise known as IVAS. In addition that means with the $480 Million given to Microsoft to develop the Software side of the program the hardware side and the future of Hololens....? I'll let you figure that out.
