The other thing is that Vortex/L3 are going to use Kopin in the Day/Night for the NGSW but we all have all those patents from Sheltered Wings/Vortex.

It just seems to me even with the growth potential for Law Enforcement & the military there are plenty of domestic suppliers with vast inventory of ready Mil-Spec Scopes, eMagin OEM Trijicon, Leupold, FLIR et all. Europe has a dearth of companies and most of those in Belarus supply to the Russians. But you may be right. Certainly newsworthy.
