Remember the Rare Earth mining company was in the same basket of funds that the DPA allotted to eMagin for a similar purpose? That is to decrease China's leverage over the US on these rare minerals and as for eMagin to strengthen the US Industrial Base for the manufacture of Advanced Displays without China having any kind of a say in the matter. Biden's keeping the Tariffs on China, I don't think they'll have the cakewalk they envision.
