A primary reason for the DPA money was to insure that the Department of Defense had the DpD displays they need for IVAS. I wonder if eMagin had not had 6-9 months or more of accumulated delays, Covid, unavailability of spare parts, tool downtime etc. the IVAS reset might not have happened. Useless conjecture, I know but I am knocked off my pins knowing they are willing to wait to get the displays they want.

The displays for IVAS and for the F-35 are the reason that the DOD will essentially own the DpD line for 3 years. We can throw ENVG-B into that schema as well.
