Courtesy of "On the Rocks" from the EMAN Yahoo Message Board. This is what a Bill of Particulars look like...(hope you don't mind, I'll add "Immersive Gaming" to the last Particular)

Ok, so the Valve Deckard ecosystems seems to be falling into place quite nicely with all the reporting based on patents/internal Valve code from our friend Brad Lynch and some recent PR´s from Qualcomm:

- AMD main upgradable APU: Pretty much confirmed as the Steamdeck is using this solution.
- Qualcomm made Valve-specific on-headset Snapdragon processor: Credible leaks supporting this in Valve's internal drive code.
- Qualcomm low-latency high-speed wireless connectivity: Confirmed in Qualcomm recent PR that Valve/AMD is supporting this.
- Manufacturing of the Qualcomm chips by Global Foundries: Not confirmed, but seems that they have a close connection, with a manufacturing agreement regarding "5G-enabled" wireless solutions signed in September 2021, so this is likely.
- Imagineoptix optics: Pretty much confirmed in Valve's patents and the lawsuit from Valve that was later dropped before said patents appeared. SadlyitsBradley also stated that they have bought the manufacturing equipment to begin mass production.
- EMAN OLED microdisplays: Not confirmed, but EMAN is the only provider of high-end 4Kx4K micro OLED displays with direct patterning, thus supporting the high-end specs that Valve is going for, at least that I know of.
- Global Foundries manufacturing EMAN OLED microdisplays: Not confirmed and the most speculative part, but as recent PR's from GF suggests they do have a manufacturing platform for microOLED's that is part of their aim to facilitate "smaller, lighter, more energy-efficient AR/VR glasses".
