When I saw that Varjo had obtained an office near the Pentagon I thought they were throwing a Hail Mary to try nab some Military Biz. I assumed that because I figured Elbit and Collins Aero had that locked up. At any rate Elbit a while back indicated that the F-35 Program in toto was being held up by the unavailability of adequate Simulators. So I think if the Military is being consistent, sticking to their dictum about "Train as you Fight" this could be, possibly an interesting development. Remember Lockheed did some work a few years back on an HMD which they demoed at Trade Show an HMD called "Tulwar", something like Training, Ultra-Wide Augmented Reality that used OLED Microdisplays. I'm not saying it's likely or probable but I'll say interesting to see what they've come up with. Remember the F-35 GENIII Helmet has eMagin Displays and now Varjo and Lockheed are Partners...
