a US Based deliverer of Advanced Technological Solutions. No word if they will retain Qioptiq's Military Products. eMagin sold displays to Qioptiq for Dragon and Vipir TWS among other devices. Most of their Military Products went to Non-US NATO. They don't seem to make anything that requires a display so we'll see.
