The years 2019-2021 are the peak years. Take a look. It's been common knowledge that those companies will integrate US based OLED displays into all three. I see a very small number allocated to N2 who I believe represents (represented?) Kopin's participation in the program. Possibly,subject to change since UTC acquired Rockwell?
