Seemed a little odd that it was posted under the category of Federal Gov Jobs. I thought perhaps the $$$ that was awarded by the Gov last Q for yield improvement and equipment upgrades.

this appears to be more ambitious than that quarter million allocated and again the "clients" mentioned twice in Job Description. I dunno garce. Sounds like the Manager will be reporting to multiple "clients" i.e. those paying for a service which requires an expansion and volume upgrade. As aways an eNigma.
