The McCain Act changed all that and if needed more Blue Dog Democrats than in previous Congresses will go along when re-authorization rolls around. A lot of their districts rely heavily on Defense jobs. Defense $$$ should be stable for the foreseeable future, the eMagin projection seems reasonable.
