The whole point of the ManTech award was to produce US Based Foundry and Manufacturing capability with a uniform display that meets the needs of "key programs."

Do we have to list them all? How many have LCOS or LCD displays will be in these key programs? How many? Big fat zero. Thermal Binoc NVGs to the USMC, most recent example.
