Elbit CEO Raanan Horowitz has become something of a spokesman for the re-claiming, rebuilding of the US Industrial Base. Recall that Mantech, the Manufacturing Arm of the DoD co-developed the first High Brightness Display with eMagin with an agreement that eMagin could Commercialize the display. Some years later we see eMagin named a "Critical Supplier" when receiving $39 Million from the Feds. How about eMagin continue their work on the dPd line in NY and Elbit build a larger version in Fort Worth or Roanoke? I don't see how eMagin can produce all the displays Elbit needs as their growth accelerates...
