What does it mean? A mini-slew of IVAS small "n" news recently. Braddom liking the Scott Billingslea post on Linkedin that confirmed IVAS deployment this year and now Intevac being bought by EOTECH. Intevac, like another little Defense-Focused company we know, has struggled to gain recognition in the Market. IMO unable to confirm loudly that they were participating in the program and resentful that a LiDAR company propagates the falsehood that they are participating in the Program they maybe said too much about IVAS a few CCs back. Anyway good for them. The question is in light of Braddom Liking the "deployment" question is Intevac STILL participating as they seemed to be having trouble meeting the desired Specs the Program wanted. SRI, the other Low-Light Sensor provider, where Braddom works seems to be having no difficulties. IMO Braddom was placed on the Board to be the go-between on IVAS for eMagin. No report on how much EOTECH paid yet. Jerry Carolla former Intevac, former eMagin, designed the EBAPS Sensor that allowed for Digital Night Vision in the F-35, Apache and I'll say IVAS only designs around eMagin Displays.
