I would say the reason for dwelling on the military Programs , F-35 Helmet which is in eclipse and JETS, (Joint Effects Targeting System) also which took a big hit in the NDAA, FWS-I and the Abrams Targeting Sight are not what the Army would call priorities sure made it sound like there was more meat on the bone then there actually is and finally IVAS mention which came out of Left Field. OLED is in every Budget Proposal and Justification Book and the reason Sculley goes out of his way to mention that eMagin Displays are the only OLED Displays made in the US. So now it's clear why Kopin is spending all that money Lobbying on Capitol Hill to get funding for a Domestic Production Line, presumably for OLED and I don't think there is any money in NDAA 2023 for Kopin's Domestic Line.
