This is the most money they've devoted to Lobbying since the Halcyon days of what's now Legacy Night Vision. If they did not get any money I assume the Authors of  Defense Appropriations were satisfied with the Status Quo. And like Nano said if they got any they'd be shouting it from the rooftops.
