I can only guess that the invite only is to keep competitors away from the prototype and to only entertain serious party's. Once it is production green flagged is likely when it gets into conference/public hands.. I hope though it is co-branded or branded under a huge partner with a checkbook that can handle more than 6 digits to the left of the decimal point. :)
