It's an eNigma but I was thinking that the Project Manager, the one with the Security Clearance and US Citizen, was overseeing the installation of the Tools the DOD wants available to them when needed by them. Wasn't referencing the "Prototype" 4k

It may have been for the pilot line for the F-35. I wish I had a better mental picture of the tools and their division and how their tasks are sub-divided. I am assuming that the gov will want an audit before Full Rate production for any of the large orders they have funded requests for e.g. eMagin is in Pre-Production with L3 & DRS for FRP for the ENVG-B system. Just because of it's size and seeming importance to the Program Executive I just feel the upgrade will serve those programs first based on nothing but a hunch. They know where their bread is buttered.
If I had one wish I would ask the name of the Tier 1 who is sponsoring the 4K. That would answer a lot questions. But I don't know. If anybody knows outside the company they ain't talking. Miss the days when employees would visit and chit chat. We need better moles in Duchess.
